Our group fitness and indoor cycling schedule is the largest and most diverse in the area. From Kardio Kick, Step Aerobics and Zumba we have an array of classes to keep your cardio workouts fun and invigorating.
Our Pilates and Yoga classes will strengthen and tone your entire body while they lift your spirits. The Total Body Sculpt, Bootcamp, and Katami classes will challenge and take you beyond what you thought your body could do, and all of our classes are taught by certified, professional instructors who love what they do.
